When Jianbin Huang joined NFLG in 2008, he didn’t know he would become one of the driving forces behind a game-changing technology: the development of Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) processing equipment.

Behind the high-tech machines is a man who never hesitates to get his hands dirty. Literally. If you ever see someone, face covered in dust, climbing out of a machine, it might be him:

As a child, he was afraid of heights. Today, he climbs to the top of asphalt plants without hesitation, a fear overcome through years of dedication and fieldwork.

For him, innovation is a human adventure: a tight-knit team, a shared drive to invent, and the courage to face challenges head-on.
